Can we add devices later?

Yes, in steps of 10, at any time. Existing members and their machines are untouched.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove them in the console. Their licence is voided, their machines are deactivated, and those devices go straight back into the pool for the next hire.

Which platforms are covered?

Enterprise devices activate Stash for macOS. If you need iOS or another platform for your team, say so in the application and we will tell you where that stands.

Tell us about your team
Send the application form with your company details and how many devices you expect to cover. No payment details at this stage.

We open your account
Once we have reviewed the application we open your enterprise account and email the admin a temporary console password to change on first sign-in.

You buy devices and add people
Buy your pool — 50 devices to start, then in steps of 10 — and paste your colleagues' email addresses into the console. Each of them gets their own licence and credentials by email.

Paste a whole team's email addresses at once. The console reports back per address — granted, already licensed, or failed — so nothing fails silently.

Revoking really revokes

Removing someone voids their licence and deactivates their machines, which puts those devices straight back in the pool for the next hire.

Members keep a normal Stash

A granted licence activates in the Mac app exactly like a personal one, with no per-person device limit. There is nothing extra for your colleagues to install or configure.
