How many active devices are supported?
Personal licenses cover up to 3 devices. Family and Lifetime licenses cover up to 6 devices, and you can review current activations after signing in.
Why can't I access the portal after renewing?
Renewals can take a short time to propagate. If you still cannot access the portal after a few minutes, contact Stash support from the email tied to your license.
