Use the same email address that you entered at checkout. If the reset message does not arrive quickly, check spam, promotions, and company mail filters.

Use the licensed inbox

Reset emails are sent only to the licensed address. If you no longer control that inbox, contact Stash support with your original purchase details.

Manage devices later

Once you are back inside the portal, you can review active devices, deactivate old hardware, or reset the whole license from the detail page.
