LegalThese terms govern your access to and use of the Stash software and services. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
License Grant
Subject to the terms of this policy and timely payment of all applicable fees, Stash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Stash software and services solely for your own personal or internal business purposes.
Restrictions
You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Stash service or any content. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Account and Device Limits
Each license is subject to the device limits specified in the plan you purchased. Personal Plans allow activation on up to 3 devices. Family and Lifetime Plans allow activation on up to 6 devices. Exceeding the device limit may result in deactivation of older devices or suspension of the license.
Payment and Billing
All fees are due and payable in advance in the currency specified at checkout. Annual subscription plans are billed on a yearly basis. Lifetime plans are billed as a single one-time payment. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for all taxes and fees applicable to your purchase.
No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a license key has been issued, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to accidental purchase, change of mind, inability to use the software, or discontinuation of service. Please review your plan carefully before completing checkout.
Termination
Stash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time if you breach any term of this policy. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. Sections of this policy that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Stash service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Stash does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stash Networks Limited is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
